How to Toggle Drive Time in LeaseUp
Step 1: Access the Survey 0:01
Open the survey in Lisa where you want to toggle drive time.
Ensure you have the necessary permissions to edit the survey.
Step 2: Edit Pins 0:13
Identify the pins you want to edit in the survey.
Add new pins by selecting the option to add new pins.
Create a new pin group for organization (e.g., 'Midtown Law Firms').
Step 3: Organize Pins into Groups 0:25
Click and drag the newly created pins into the appropriate group (e.g., 'Midtown Law Firms').
Ensure all relevant pins are included in the group.
Step 4: Calculate Average Drive Time 0:30
After creating the pin group, locate the option to click on average drive time.
Select the pin group you want to analyze (e.g., 'Midtown Law Firms').
Step 5: View Drive Time Results 0:40
Review the calculated average drive time for the selected group.
Note that the average drive time for 'Midtown Law Firms' is displayed as 15 minutes.
Step 6: Utilize Drive Time Information 0:47
Use the drive time information for planning or reporting purposes.
Remember that the drive time is automatically calculated for each building in the group.
