Updated over a year ago

LeaseUp uses a set of default fields for buildings and spaces that may be matched to columns in your CSV, or auto-matched if you use the following column headers in your CSV.

Note: LeaseUp’s default fields may be ignored during import, but at this time may not be changed or removed from the app. We plan to allow this soon.

Default building fields:

  • Floors: The # number of floors in a building

  • Property Type: Office, retail, industrial, etc

  • Building Size: The building’s square footage

  • Parking Ratio: Auto-formatted as a decimal; the ability to use other formats is coming soon

  • Amenities: Comma-separated values (e.g. amenity1,amentity2,amenity3)

Note: The default building name and building notes fields cannot be matched during import. We plan to allow this soon. but plan to be released in the future.

Default space fields:

  • SqFt Available: Auto-formatted to an integer with sqft appended e.g. 1,000 sqft. This field only accepts numbers

  • Lease Type: This field accepts single-line text

  • Space Name: This field accepts single-line text and is typically used for suite or floor number

  • Space Notes: This field accepts multiline text and is intended to accommodate a two- or three-sentence description of the space
