Onboarding Part 6: Share your work with your client

In the last article of the series, we’ll show you how to share digital deliverables with your client. Clients often prefer interactive digital surveys to static PDFs because they’re more polished and engaging, and allow for more detailed feedback.

Add a client to a project

From a project page, click the project team icon in the top right navigation bar, then click ‘Add Team Member’, then ‘Add Client’. Enter your client’s email and choose whether to send them a notification email with a message. Click ‘Add’ to add the client to the project (and notify them, if you chose to do so).

Share a link to a survey

Once a client is added to the project, they have access to all of its contents. That means that from a survey or building page, you can copy and paste the URL from the address bar to share a specific survey or building page with a client. You can also click the link icon in the survey page navigation to copy a link to the survey to your clipboard.
