From a building page, click the ‘Add/Edit Spaces’ link in the Spaces section. This opens the Space Details drawer.
Click the ‘Add a Field’ button. Select ‘Add Fields From Another Building’ from the menu that pops up.
Select space fields from an existing survey
This opens a menu displaying all of the buildings in the survey, along with the building photo, address, and custom fields for spaces within the building.
Clicking a row in the menu will select that building to copy space fields from.
An alert will show asking you to confirm your selection. Click 'Add' to confirm.
The table will be updated to show the new data fields.
