From a survey, click the ‘Upload a PDF or image’ link (if in card view) or the ‘Import a PDF or image with AI’ link (if in table view).

Select the file for the marketing flyer you want to import from the file selector, then click ‘Open’.

LeaseUp will automatically map data to our standard building fields. Toggle on the building icon to indicate building other building fields (unmarked fields will be imported as space fields). Click ‘Confirm’.

Before importing the listings from the marketing flyer into LeaseUp, you’ll be able to take a quick look at the field names and quickly add or edit data as needed — cleaning up addresses or building names is convenient at this stage.

Click the ‘Import Listings’ button to complete the import.

Tip: After importing listings from a PDF or image, click the pencil icon from the survey to enter bulk edit. The bulk edit feature lets you quickly compare and edit all building and space data across the entire survey.
